Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Delivery Time

For orders delivered within Nigeria, our general estimated order-to-delivery timeframe is: 2–10 business days. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, public holidays, festive periods, weather conditions, security or access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary according to the customer's location, order quantity, package size or weight, and delivery method.

4. Order Information

Customers are responsible for confirming order informations before completing payment including active delivery details.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, refuses the package, or fails to collect the package where collection is required, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Fabric

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.

If the fabric arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos where requested.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch.

9. Multiple Orders

Where an order contains different fabric materials or quantities, products may be prepared or delivered separately where necessary.

10. REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for an approved refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.

11. FABRIC MATERIAL

For fabric products, customers should carefully confirm the fabric type, colour, pattern, quantity, measurement, and other specifications before completing payment.

Fabric that has been cut, measured, prepared, or otherwise processed according to a customer's requested quantity or specifications may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind or incorrect customer selection.

Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric batches may not constitute a defect.

12. RETURN SHIPPING

Where a return or replacement is required because of a confirmed error on our part, we will communicate the appropriate return arrangement.

Where a return is approved for another eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for applicable return or redelivery costs.

13. STORE CREDITS & EXCHANGES

Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

14. PRIVACY

Information provided by customers may be used to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, communicate about orders, and operate our business.

Customer information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use third-party service providers for payment processing, website and storefront operations, order fulfillment, production, delivery, logistics, technology, customer support, and other business functions.

Such providers may operate under their own applicable terms and policies.

16. CHANGES TO OUR POLICIE

As our business grows, we may update our product offerings, storefronts, sales channels, policies, delivery arrangements, and other business processes.

Updated policies will apply from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law and any specific terms presented at the time of purchase.

17. APPLICABLE LAW

These policies shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.

Nothing in these policies is intended to remove or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A. Wholesale and Retail Policy

By purchasing goods from us for resale, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure a smooth, transparent, and mutually beneficial business relationship.

Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ): To qualify for wholesale pricing, all accounts must meet the following order thresholds:

First (Opening) Order: Minimum volume of items worth 200,000 naira

Reorders: Minimum of items worth 100,000 to maintain wholesale status.

All wholesale orders will be contacted for additional charges for heavier weight.

Orders that fall below these thresholds will automatically be processed at standard RETAIL rates at maximum of 1 item. Item above 1 will be contacted for charges on extra heavier weight above 2 kg before orders are processed.

B. Pricing and Price Fluctuations

Wholesale Discount: Approved partners receive 7% discounts for orders worth 100,000 naira and 10% for orders worth 200,000 naira off our standard retail catalog prices.

Market Adjustments: Due to fluctuating economic conditions, import duties, and supply chain costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices are only locked once full payment is confirmed.

C. Reselling Policy & Brand Integrity

MSRP Compliance: To maintain healthy market competition, wholesalers are advised not to price products significantly below our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or standard retail price.

Platform Rights: Wholesalers are permitted to sell via physical shops, independent e-commerce websites, and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Selling on third-party marketplaces (like Jumia or Konga) requires prior writ

ten approval from our management.
