ZAYNIRAWDOH TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A. Wholesale and Retail Policy

By purchasing goods from us for resale, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure a smooth, transparent, and mutually beneficial business relationship.

1. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ): To qualify for wholesale pricing, all accounts must meet the following order thresholds:

2. First (Opening) Order: Minimum volume of items worth 200,000 naira

3. Reorders: Minimum of items worth 100,000 to maintain wholesale status.

4. wholesale shoppers will be contacted for additional charges for heavier weight.

5. Orders that fall below these thresholds will automatically be processed as standard RETAIL rates at maximum of 1 item. Item above 1 will be contacted for charges on extra heavier weight above 2 kg before orders are processed.

B. Pricing and Price Fluctuations

1. Wholesale Discount: Approved partners receive 7% discounts for orders worth 100,000 naira and 10% for orders worth 200,000 naira off our standard retail catalog prices.

2. Market Adjustments: Due to fluctuating economic conditions, import duties, and supply chain costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Prices are only locked once full payment is confirmed.

C. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

Nationwide Coverage: We provide shipping across all states in Nigeria using reliable commercial logistics partners and interstate transport networks (shoppers should indicate choice of delivery at checkout and shall be communicated for extra charges if necessary).

1. Shipping Fees: All logistics, shipping, and waybill costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise during promotional offers.

2. Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–10 business days excluding public holidays and Sundays following payment confirmation. Delivery time varies by location.

D. Damages, Shortages, and Returns

1. Inspection Windows: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

2. Reporting Claims: Any claims for factory damages, defects, or inventory shortages must be reported via email or WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photo/video evidence.

3. Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved through product replacement or store credit towards your next order. Cash refunds are not issued for wholesale orders.

E. Reselling Policy & Brand Integrity

1. MSRP Compliance: To maintain healthy market competition, wholesalers are advised not to price products significantly below our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or standard retail price.

2. Platform Rights: Wholesalers are permitted to sell via physical shops, independent e-commerce websites, and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Selling on third-party marketplaces (like Jumia or Konga) requires prior written approval from our management.
