Refunds or exchanges for solar panels are not permitted once an order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouses.

Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once an order is confirmed and has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is considered a Final Sale. Due to the specialized nature and logistical sensitivity of solar equipment, we cannot permit refunds, returns, or exchanges after the shipment has left our facility.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying all technical specifications, quantities, and compatibility before finalizing their purchase. If you notice an error in your order, please contact our support team immediately. We can only facilitate changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
3. Shipping & Handling
Delivery Timelines: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, these are subject to carrier availability and transit conditions.
Logistics: Solar panels are bulky and fragile. Ensure your delivery site is accessible for heavy freight vehicles.
4. Inspection & Damage Claims
While sales are final, we stand by the quality of our products. Upon delivery, please follow these steps:
Immediate Inspection: Carefully inspect all pallets and packaging for signs of damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Reporting Damage: If panels are damaged during transit, you must note the damage on the carrier's waybill and contact us within [e.g., 24-48] hours.
Resolution: Valid shipping damage claims or manufacturer defects will be handled via replacement or warranty claim, subject to our inspection and carrier verification.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only prior to warehouse processing. Once an order has been picked, packed, or staged for loading, a restocking fee may apply, or the sale may be deemed final.
6. Cancellations & Restocking Fees
We understand that project requirements can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Prior to Processing: Orders cancelled before they are picked or staged in our warehouse are eligible for a full refund.
Post-Processing / Pre-Dispatch: If an order has been staged for shipment but has not yet left our facility, a [e.g., 10-15%] restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover labor and logistical costs.
Post-Dispatch: As stated in Section 1, once the order has left our warehouse, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
7. Manufacturer Warranty Claims
The "Final Sale" policy applies to the commercial transaction and logistics. However, it does not void your long-term protection.
Warranty Coverage: All Jinko N-Type panels are backed by their respective Product and Linear Power Warranties (typically 12–15 years for workmanship and 30 years for power output).
Defective Units: If a panel fails to perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications after installation, we will assist you in filing a warranty claim directly with Jinko Solar.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, third-party shipping damage not reported at delivery, or "acts of God" (hail, lightning, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
We are a distributor of solar equipment and is not liable for any labor costs, lost energy production, or incidental expenses incurred during the replacement of a warrantied or damaged product.
