Native Flower does not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for the following reasons:

SIZING ERROR

Ordered the wrong size? No worries! You can exchange your item for a smaller or bigger size. To avoid the hassle, we highly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order. It’s available in our story highlights and on all product pages on our website.

FAULTY ITEM

Every item goes through a detailed quality check before it’s sent out - we care about the details and want you to have the best experience. In the rare and unfortunate case that we’ve missed something, let us know straightaway so we can make it right!

RETURNS PROCESS

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. All items must be returned unstained, undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once your exchange request is accepted, the item must be returned within:

• 2 days for orders within Abuja

• 5 days for orders outside Abuja

Please note the customer is responsible for the delivery costs. After your return is inspected and approved, your replacement will be dispatched. Standard delivery times apply.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
