For women-only, join us for Sensate Devotion, between 7:15 – 8:00 PM every Wednesday. The class is an embodied movement practice focused on slowness, sensory awareness, emotional expression, and reconnecting with the body through intentional movement. Rather than emphasizing performance or fitness, it invites women to explore how movement feels internally through breath, rhythm, fluidity, touch, and presence, deepening body awareness and self-connection. Sessions may combine intuitive movement, somatic practices, music, grounding exercises, and guided prompts to support relaxation, confidence, release, and fuller sensory embodiment. The women-only environment is designed to encourage comfort, openness, vulnerability, and exploration without pressure or performance. Energetically, the practice feels soft, expressive, sensual, and restorative it could also feel athletic or intense. While sensuality may naturally emerge through deeper sensory connection, the focus is not inherently sexual, but rather on embodiment, presence, emotional attunement, and the experience of feeling fully connected to oneself through movement.

Join us between 7:15 – 8:00 PM every Thursday Mat Pilates is a low-impact movement practice focused on core strength, postural alignment, controlled movement, and muscular endurance, performed on a mat using body weight as resistance, as well as a few props from time to time. It emphasizes precision, breath control, and stability, with exercises designed to strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, back, and supporting muscle groups.Sessions typically involve slow, intentional sequences such as bridging, leg work, spinal articulation, core activation, and controlled full-body movements. The focus is on quality of movement rather than intensity or repetition, with attention to alignment, coordination, and breath to support efficient, balanced mechanics.Energetically, Mat Pilates feels structured, grounding, and strengthening. It builds internal support and body awareness, improving stability and control without high impact or cardiovascular strain.
