We stock varieties of gemstones to ensure that our customers do not run out of options. Some of our gemstone options include, but not limited to;tiger eye, opalite, sodalite, obsidians, jaspers, agates, aventurine, quartz, amethyst, amazonite, pearls etc.

All gems/organic materials used for our products are natural (unless stated otherwise).

We do not offer charging/fortification and crystal healing services. All gems are sold in their *natural state.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items are properly checked and packed in air-bubble envelopes, therefore, damage in transit is very unlikely.

However, in a case whereby a customer receives a *damaged product, he or she is allowed to request for a refund (70% of product value) or a replacement (shipping is paid by customer).

Please note that really small chips and light scratches do not count as *damage. Slight colour and/or pattern difference also do not count. This is due to the nature of the gems (no two gems are exactly alike).

Also, it is stated in the product description that pictures used (per product) are representative samples of what to expect.
