According to Oxford Dictionary, Democracy can be defined as a system of government where power is given to the people to vote, hence, no voice should be louder than the other.

Author A.C Grayling argues that the current rules for democracy is at a high rate of redundancy and believes that there should be some adjustments in the constitution relating to Democracy.

Grayling argues that since the legal age to join the military and to pay taxes if you work, is sixteen years of age, people of this age should also be given the power and right to vote and aire their views. He further argues that the rules of democracy, as it is now, is not strictly adhered to and should be reformed.

Author Ha-Joon Chang argues that just wide open international trade and capitalism is not enough for underdeveloped countries to attain economic growth.
